ALL COMPANY SEARCHES include a Company Details Sheet stating:
• Company name and registered office address (if the company has changed its name the previous name will be given at the foot of the details sheet).
• Status - Whether the company is active, dormant or in liquidation.
• Company Number - The registered number of the company.
• Country of Origin - The country in which the company is registered.
• Company Type - Whether the company is a public or private company, a company limited by guarantee or a limited liability partnership.
• Nature of Business - The company’s SIC code (Standard Industry Classification Code), together with a summary of its main business activity.
• Accounting Reference Date - The date to which the company makes up its accounts.
• Last Accounts Made Up - The date of the company’s latest filed accounts, together with the type of accounts filed.
• Next Accounts Due - The date when the company’s next accounts are due for filing.
• Last Return Made Up To - The date when the latest annual return of the company was made up to.
• Next Return Due - The date when the company’s next annual return is due for filing.
• Last Members List - The date of the annual return which contains the last list of members.
• Mortgage Register - Whether or not the company has a mortgage register.

FULL SEARCH - £22.00 (+£3.00 if including Mortgage Register)

• Unsatisfied Charges from the Mortgage Register (with reference to the property address given against the search)
WINDING UP SEARCH - £22.00
• Company Details Sheet (SEE ABOVE)
• If the company is no longer active - all documents relating to the liquidation, striking off, and the appointment of receiver/administrator.
• If the company is active - our search department will have contacted you to discuss the documents you require.

OFFICER SEARCH (Directorships of an Individual) - £10.00
A report including all directorships in the last 5 years based on directors full name and post town.
SUMMARY SEARCH (Current Directors and Secretaries) - £10.00
The search report gives details of all officers appointed/resigned since the company was incorporated.
STATUS SEARCH - £10.00
The report gives the status of the company as Active, Dissolved or in Liquidation. Details can be given by telephone or in writing.
REGISTERED OFFICE SEARCH - £10.00
The report states the current listed registered office of the company. Details can be given by telephone or in writing.

• Specific Documents – Specific documents can be supplied on request.
• Archive searches – Specific documents from long standing companies may not have been imaged. We will therefore contact the archive section and arrange for this to be done. It may take up to 48 hours to obtain these documents.
• Additional copies – A charge of 20 pence per page is made for any searches where the total number of pages exceeds 22.
• Fax charge – A charge of £1.10 per page is made for searches faxed to our clients.
