The server that provides the services offered by Kestrian Company Services runs on a Linux operating system which is continually monitored and all available security maintenance is carried out as and when required. The server is physically housed in a high security premises. Access to the server is only provided to authorised personnel. Electronic access to the server is restricted at IP level by a firewall. All unnecessary TCP/IP ports are closed to public access except those necessary for the operation of the website and communications to Companies House.
The TCP/IP ports that are necessary for the operation of the system are 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS), 21 (FTP), 110 (POP3), 143 (IMAP) and 25 (SMTP).
The internal procedures of Kestrian Company Services cover the confidential storage, access and disclosure of your information. We have a Data Protection Policy and strict internal procedures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, improper use, alteration, unintended destruction or other loss.
